We know that sometimes your financial circumstances can change very quickly and for many reasons.

If you are unable to make your weekly payment we are very understanding and you will not be charged any additional fees or interest.

If your financial problems are a little more serious or you are struggling to meet your contractual payments then we like to think that we can help you out so you do not become stressed or anxious.

We have a range of forbearance programmes that reduce your payments and extend the length of your loan. Each programme is arranged and developed to meet the needs of each individual customer.

There are no extra charges for this service as we believe this is simply the right thing to do.

However it is very important that you speak to your agent as soon as possible so we can either reassure you, help you get back on track or assist you in entering into one of our specialised forbearance programmes.
